《現代藝術家陳秋貴浪漫感性如有—突顯存在藝術繽紛色彩與愛的關係》
藝術創作的表現與表達，藉由存在畫筆與色彩，勾勒存在藝術家愛與色彩的人生，更也離不開生活與情感。而此面對存在的現實時空，就讓存在現實而有的面對，演化成存在社會的繽紛。而在此存在現實，對比如此一位藝術創作者陳秋貴，不離存在而有的色彩 線條 與塊狀。而藝術家自我情感在現實以內，存在的拿捏掌握，也有其自我藝術觀念的詮釋。在此藝術家陳秋貴，以其女性特有的本質，邁入藝術創作的行列，因而自有其存在現實非現實的藝術意識。如此情與非情，是一位女性獨有天性的娟秀，與之對於存在生命情感而有，天性的存在性再有情感的詮釋。

而此他多年從事幼教美學的研究教學
而「小陽光幼美育哲學論」成為他幼教美術的核心

“Modern Artist Chiu Kuei Chen’s Romantic Sensibility—Highlighting the Relationship Between Existential Art’s Vibrant Colors and Love“
Artistic creation, through the brush and color of existence, outlines the artist’s life of love and color, inseparable from life and emotions. Facing the realities of existence, the artist’s confrontation with reality evolves into the vibrant tapestry of society. In this reality, the artist Chiu Kuei Chen, in contrast, remains grounded in the colors, lines, and blocks of existence. The artist’s own emotions, within the realm of reality, and her grasp of existence, also interpret her own artistic concepts. Chiu Kuei Chen, with her uniquely feminine essence, enters the realm of artistic creation, thus possessing her own artistic consciousness of existence as both real and unreal.
